About the will

Fill it. Sign it with two witnesses. Or take it to a lawyer.

Typing into this page does not create a finished will on its own. Most states want two adult witnesses who are not inheriting. Rules change by state. If you have kids, a house, a business, or a blended family, fill the worksheet and bring it to a lawyer before you rely on it. This kit does not file anything with a court.
